OUR PASTOR

 

Apostle Welborn Westbrook was called into the ministry in 1963 and served as Assistant Pastor for three years under the leadership of Bishop Frank S. Solomon at Refuge Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ.  Apostle Westbrook also served as Assistant Pastor at Second Refuge Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ under the leadership of Elder Alpheus E. Days.

 

In 1971, Apostle Westbrook was called to pastorialship and founded the Faith Temple Christian Church, where he is presently the Senior Pastor and has been for 42 ½ years.  This makes a total of 51 ½ years in the ministerial capacity.

He was also affiliated with the Way Of The Cross Church Organization under the leadership of Bishop Alphonzo Brooks.

He later united with the Church Of God In Christ organization under the leadership of The Bishop Chandler David Owens.

 

In 2008 Apostle Welborn Westbrook was consecrated and Ordained as an Apostle.

In 2010 Apostle Dr. Welborn Westbrook was awarded his

Doctorate Degree of Theology from the Midwest Theological Institute,

 

He is presently under the spiritual leadership of Apostle Gregory Martin, Senior Pastor of the Deliverance Unlimited international Churches.

Apostle Dr.  Westbrook continues to lead God’s people as instructed by God with a loving and humble spirit, along with his loving wife, and Co-Laborer Evangelist Arnah Westbrook.
